BTW--Keenan really is a big time wine collector. Not that it probably matters to anyone.

Tool is too talented of a band to be resorting to junior high school gimmicks and shenanigans ala Marilyn Manson to get attention.

Just keep releasing great albums, MJK, and leave the jokes to people who do it for a living.

I think MJK was just trying to get a rise out of his fans, probably didn't suspect it would get picked up by national media.

I do agree with you on Manson though, it's pretty sad how far he has fallen off. I think looking back on it Mechanical Animals was the last really good music he put out. Holy Wood was alright, but Golden Age of Grotesque was just really weak in my opinion. I originally really got interested in Manson when Reznor was producing his album, and it helped because back then he was putting out good music. Somewhere along the way though he started to rely more on his image rather than continuing to put out good stuff, and it's just progressivly gotten worse. His live shows were always great, and I just saw them a few months ago and it just wasn't the same.
