Do you mean like a shot of the WTC, or an actual scene that takes place there? BTW, In the James Cameron script/treatment for Spidey, the original final showdown was to take place on both towers.

The episode aired in the United States on March 4, 2001 and it aired in Australia less than two weeks before the 9/11 attacks, on August 30.
I stumbled across the Pope of Greenwich Village on cable a couple of days ago, and it has a ton of shots of the WTC in it.
