Whatever you say. I refuse to believe that Phoenix is the better team. Would you dare say so? I think the Rockets should win regardless of the adversities whether it's injuries or whatever. I dont know why I expect so much out of this team just because they have done awesome for the most part lately. Would it be fair to say the Rockets just suck?
There's nothing else the Rockets can do... if they don't make WIDE OPEN SHOTS... they're not going to win. Yay... its the Arnold California commercial... why the hell is this on?
come on, he made a mistake sure, but "garbage"? He plays hard and tries to hustle, but he is JUST not the type of PG that I think the Rockets need long run, nor is MJ. But they will likely be with us for the next few years. Still, our clearest void in the lineup is the PF position. Anything less than an athletic, tall, hard working, rebounding, 15-ft jumper shooting PF won't do next year.
TMac should drive to the hoop instead of settling for long jumpers and prayers. MJ should stop mistaking himself as the combo of Jordan and Lebron.
Ugh! Sura again. He is supposed to be going to the ball after rcokets get a rebound. Instead he is running the other way. His Bball IQ leaves a lot to be desired.
No they don't suck, they just seem that way because you have unrealistic expectations, I suggest you come back to reality a bit. This team doesn't have the best record in the Conf for nothing, ya know?
They're packing in the lane, and leaving Sura, James, and Wesley WIDE OPEN. When you leave THREE other players wide open, its pretty easy to stop T-mac.
I mean geez, these are the Suns playing defense here... and McGrady is 6-18, Sura 3-13, James 3-13 and Wesley 3-9. And both of James' three bricks just then were open looks.
\ BY the way dont' tell me that I should appreciate their EFFORTS. What effort? This might be alittle unreasonable..but heck im' gonna say it......if there was full 110 percent effort out there, then Rockets would have GUARDED EVERY SINGLE 3 taken by the SUNS. I mean you know that's what they live by....so why not just focus your game plan on the perimeter?
what is the problem with tmac? watch him play, pure laziness, he's not even moving on the offensive end, he needs to get his act together
They've all had open looks. If they hit just half of them, they're ahead with a very comfortable lead. (frankly, I've posted that so many times on this board, it should be my sig.)
It might be unreasonable but as a die hard fan, I just expect the ROCKETS to win every game....seriously. When they lose like this.......I dont know what to think. and what the heck is YAO getting hurt for? JUST WIN.....
I'd rather them lose like this (playing great defense on the "amazing" Suns, but unable to hit a single wide open shot), rather than them playing amazing basketball, and just falling short. At least this way we know we beat ourselves... the other way, you're just not good enough in the first place.
Plus the injury factor, man I am scared as hell our two stars will be beat up going into the playoffs, then all our hopes are gone I mean look at T-MAc for God's sake, he can't even JUMP! I mean that guy is supposed to have an unbelievable jumping ability! And Yao looks like he is just injured badly out there. JVG REALLY should take them both out
