    I think that since we were in control of this game, JVG didn't want to risk not having Yao at the end of the game if things get close.

    Good coaching in mu opinion, JVG is the kind of coach that adjusts game-to-game and within the game itself depending on circumstances.

    I would say that was smart coaching, and was a good decision at the time the way this game is going.

    well if the rockets were rebuilding and i saw them roll over and die i would be highly upset so i wouldnt say that about any other team.

    Actually, the Queens are 44-29 after the loss, the Rox would be 44-28 with the win tonight... a half game lead, no?

    I was being sarcastic I think they are too close we should have a bigger lead since both T-mac and Yao showed up at the same time.

    That's why I want certain teams to just play to their records.

    van gundy never goes into garbage time until about the 2 or 3 min mark so i dont expect the game to be "over" until then...plus the rockets as many teams with a big lead do get complacent with a big lead

    JVG may be playing him now just to get the media (and some of the bbs) off of the non-stop "analyzation" of yao.
