That was at least a double T on Synder as well. The refs were horrible last night.

Dude, there are at least 3 or 4 black guys in Utah. At least when the j*zz isn't on a road trip.

god, i hate admitting it- but i have so much respect for sloan as a coach. on top of that i have to give props to the jazz organization (the boozer thing is all on carlos' shoulders imho) for keeping on such an old school coach- especially considering how the cavs dealt with silas.

dont get me wrong though- i still hate that team. :)

LOL, no wonder teams and fans respect Sloan. He's simply a respectful man. Coaches like Jerry Sloan, Larry Brown and Hubbie Brown are the coaches I respect the most. They are old school and respectful. Too bad Hubbie's retired, and both Brown and Sloan are getting really old.

If he ends up in Sloan's doghouse, it could mean the end. Players who go into Sloan's doghouse don't usually go on to stellar careers (ex. Ostertag).

Have to give props to Sloan. He is classy, and he is great in coaching.

Snyder made a racist comment last year to Brock Gillespie during a Rice/Nevada WAC game. He's a douche-bag.

I saw Sloan giving Snyder an earful and I settled down.

Yeah, I'm with the camp who has more respect for Sloan than we like to admit.

You know, if Snyder wants to talk a little trash on the court, that's one thing. But showing up a bench or a coach or a fan ... that's just low class. Unless provoked, of course.

I'm with you Toast. As much as I hate every aspect of the Jazz organization, Sloan is one of the most respected coaches in the league. He has always shown class and respect.

Count me in that camp. I hate the Jazz with a passion, but the Jazz as I picture is Malone and stockon. Sloan is an amazing coach and a class guy imo. Its a shame that he hasnt won a coach of the year yet.

But dont get me wrong I still want the jazz to lose every year till the day I die even though karla and stockon are gone, hopefully sloan resigns and coaches elsewhere

    Several comments:

** Kirk Snyder is an idiot ...he'll get his down the line, somewhere, somehow

** Jerry Sloan has only enhanced my respect for him

** There were 3 officiating calls (all against us) that may be the WORST I have ever witnessed: the first was the charge called against Sura, the second was against Yao when he was literally bear hugged and pulled backwards, and the third was the "T" on JVG for Snyder's actions. These were so blatantly wrong they were a joke.

Props to the team for staying focused and responding. BTW, the first half by TMac might have been the best offensive display I've ever seen in one half of basketball. Damn, is he something!!

You are right, he is just a racist a-hole, nothing more to it really. Some people even after making all the money in the world, they can't clean up their act, they stay and act like scum bags.

that Snyder incident got me worked up for sure. I was glad to see Sloan handle it the way that he did. I used to hate and respect Jerry Sloan... Now I just respect him. oh well... at least I can still hate the j*zz...

My favorite part of the game was Barry though. I would like to see a pic of the jump ball he had where he thought he had been fouled on the play. Looked like he threw his elbow into the dudes face on the way up and won the jump... Classic.
