The trick worked. Now they won't use Duncan against us in the playoffs. Van Gundy is brilliant.

I was at the last game in SA, when we had that horrific problem at the point (Strickland, etc.), and the folks here just can't underestimate how much better the Spers play on their home court. The crowd is tremendous. When the Spers grab a lead, the place is just deafening... like the Toyota Center will be eventually. ;)

How long has it been since we won there?? The last century? Hell, the 19th century?? (lol!) I'm disappointed that we lost, but not surprised. What surprised me was that Tracy played. I think he should have sat this one out. The guy may play like Superman much of the time, but he needs to be at his best when the playoffs role around. Again, I would have kept him out.

What if Dike accidentally elbowed Manu Ginoboli (like a LeBron type of elbow on accident of course) in the playoffs?:D

The suns got a lot of grief when the same thing happened to them. The silver lining, of course, is that we beat them with the Spurs.

What this loss shows is that we can't adjust to our injuries as well as they can. Van Gundy has his work cut for him in a prolonged 7 game series...

Nah! All we need is for Yao to set a hard pick for TMac on Manu with his legs sticking out, and it'd be over after that...
