Does anyone think Vin Baker can be trained or can he be the once dominant power forward he used to be?

that's a tough one.. i think he got a bad rap though b/c he used to have alcohol problems.. i have read that when he tried to come back that he looked awkward.. i just have a lot of memories of him playing really well in the mid 90's.. i wonder if he could do it again? i know gugliotta is finished but Vin is much younger and i think he may still have it in him if trained and given a chance.. he clearly has no JVG support that's for sure.
i do believe he can still be productive or even dominate.... just not in the NBA. Maybe the Philippeans' league?

The dude in the photo looks like a binge drinker. Bad choice Vin. Vin with the Celtics. Looks like he stole a bag of ice for a night with Johnny Walker. Vin in NYC. "If I can make it here, I can make it anywhere". Ok , I couldn't find a Vin photo in rox uniform. Does he even have one? Well anyway, I'd like to see him play well again.
For now he is the practice team Center JVG is using to rebuild Yao's confidence. Deke keeps kicking Yao's a$$ in practice.
Sounds beleivable. I want to see Vin play though. I remember wishing we had him on our team in the mid 90s.
Baker is washed up. He got mixed up with the wrong crowd and screwed his NBA career. There is no way he can keep up with the younger, stronger, faster PFs in the league anymore.
I read about his training program though like maybe one or two years ago. He is willing to put forth the effort and train hard. He is not that old. I think he is around Juwan's age. He does have a trainer too. These pics are hilarious.

I'm not sure he has anything left in the tank and I know that he didn't when I've seen him appear on the court in a Rox Uni. I think this is all wishful thinking on our part
