Teams we own, teams that own us

    In the recent history(ever since we got Yao), here is what I can remember.


    Our bianchies: :D

    Bulls: we won 5 out of 6 and 5 straight
    Cavs: we won 5 out of 6 and 4 straight
    76ers: we won all 6
    Hornets: we won 5 out of 6, and 5 straight, with 2 games left this season (jinxing be damned)
    Clippers: 8 out of 10, 8 straight
    Nuggets: we won 7 out of 10 (OK, not total domination, but close)
    Warriors: same as Nuggets


    Teams owns us in the past, but TMac has changed it this season: ;)

    Mavs: we lost 9 out of 12, but splitted with them this season
    Spurs: we lost 8 out of 11, got swept last year, but up on them 2 to 1 this season
    Kings: we lost 8 out of 12, got swept last year, but splitted with them this season


    Teams who own us no matter what: :(

    Pistons: we lost 5 out of 6, 3 straight
    Bobcats: we've never beat them since Adam and Eve... :eek:


    So, gradulations to the 76ers for winning the RBA (Rockets' Bianchies Award) trophy.

    And the Rockets for winning the CBA (Cat's Bianchies Award) trophy.

    Those 2 games agsint Pistons were early in the season. If they play the games now, split is more likely.

    with the exceptioin of the 95 playoffs :)D ), I believe the Spurs have pretty much owned us since the early 90s

    i'd be curious to see what our record is against them since Robinson was drafted

    Considering what an awful team the Rockets were both times they played the Bobcats, it's not that embarrassing. Anyone knows if we played them now, we would crush them.

    Sonics kinda owned us before this season.

    I am not sure which one, sonics or mavs, is a better opponent for us.

    I actually would like to nominate Orlando for that award...they're a whopping 1-3 against them. Now that's just sad.

    yes i agree the kings seems to always own us, at least in the past. we just couldn't put up as many points to stop them.

    i don't have stats to back this up... but it seems like Memphis and Denver has owned us in the past two years. Lots of athletic guys running around... those type of teams give us problems. i hope we don't have to play them in the playoffs.
