    Who has the best deal?
    Citgo and WalMart have cards
    that give you like 3 cents off per gallon

    [Citgo I think maybe more]

    Any other brands/stores have similar or better deals?

    Get a shell mastercard 5% off gas. Right now that's like $.10/gallon discount.

    When I can....I use my Randall's card for 3cents off an already low price. If I do that, I usually can get gas for about 10-15cents less than anywhere else.

    I travel frequently, and it seems that Quik Stop has the lowest prices.

    However, my gas is always free to whomever is interested.
