yup sonics and bulls, thought i read it wrong but i didnt, then espn said a guy named "bubba something " on the mavs holds the record for fouling out in 3 minutes in 1997. crazy,i hate fortson though,he seems dirty to me,more so after we played them.
Reminds me of Bill Worrell's comment, "He's the dirtiest player in the league."(can be heard on the highlights clip by Rockets2K). -- droxford
Saw him throw Eddy Curry down to the floor to pick up his final foul. Curry refused to be helped up by Fortson after that.
i don't think Fortson is a dirty player, he just makes alot of fouls. I consider somebody dirty if he used his elbows or kniés alot. Or if he makes dirty fouls. I haven't seen fortson play that much this year. but i never considered him dirty
I would not say he's clean, but definitely not as dirty as Bowen or Karla. The guy is just not smart, hell, he's nuts But I really hate dirty players like Bowen and Karla, who intentionally hurt people.
When Zarko Cabarkapa was with the Suns, Fortson went low on him when Zarko was dunking, causing him to break his wrist. That was pretty dirty. Fortson Suspended
Bowen is dirtier than Fortson, but nobody can match Malone or that bad little man - John Stockton-the most sinister of them all...
that is a pretty dirty action. I wasn't saying he was a saint. Just that i my mind he was not a dirty as some other players(malone Bowen etc). IMO Deuce said it best. i do no think he can always help it that he fouls so much. And if you are in the game to keep the others from scoring ad fouling when your opponent has a good scoring chance then it is logical you will foul out.
