Right now we sit a 1/2 game back of Sac. with them facing the Orlando Magic tonight at Arco..

If SF3 and Co. can beat the Kings that would move us into a tie for 5th with us holding the tie breaker I believe.

    Can anyone confirm?

anyways it gives me a reason to root SF3/Cato/GHill even more!

    Go Magic!

It would put us in a virtual tie and we would be ahead by percentage points. I'm not sure I want to move up though if San Antonio awaits us in the 2nd round, but then again we have beat them twice.

I'm not worried about passing up SAC, I'm rooting for anyone playing Dallas.

If the Magic win tonight, we would have the better winning percentage since Sacramento would have more losses. 39-26 vs 38-25. As far as the tie-breaker it is 2-2 head to head but we have a better conference record at 22-14 vs 20-18 so right now we would have the tie-breaker.

I think it's silly to think we should maneuver for a lower spot. I want to storm into the playoffs on a high!!!!

It's funny how at the beginning of the year I was interested in the Magic -- even followed them for a while. Now I could care less.

Houston currently has the tiebreaker. They have a better record within the Western conference (22-14 as opposed to Sacramento's 20-18). That could change though, so the tiebreaker could go either way.

We won the first, they won the second and third, and we won Sunday.

You know, I'd rather get a higher seed, out of pride's sake, but let's face it, after what that Golden State nobody did to us last night, Dirk Nowitzki at the 4th seed against the Rockets at the 5th.....nope. Nope. And again, nope.

I still think the Rockets have a chance for the number 4 seed.

so I guess by that logic, the Warriors are better than the Suns, since they came closer to beating the Rockets

What good's a championship if you can't beat both other Texas teams on the way there. :)

Orlando is free fallin right now. This will be a tough game for them. This next little stretch of games could kill their playoff chances.

Magic play like crap. SF plays terrible now. In his last game he must have missed 4-5 layups. I woudn't put my hopes too high on Magic beating the Kings.

agreed, orlando better get their **** together quick if they want to make the playoffs. as far as the rockets go, i've stopped worrying about what anyone else is doing and where we'll be seeded. the best scenario for us is just to keep winning and go into the playoffs on a roll. i don't care who we play.
