McGrady recorded two games scoring 30 points or more, tallying 35 against Seattle and 38 against Phoenix.

Even with T-Mac's stellar week, my fantasy team still dwells in the middle of the pack.

    Seriously, though, good job T-Mac.

    MVP! MVP! MVP! MVP!

Lord, I had no idea Tmac's numbers were so crazy. Here I am thinking Yao had a great week. Tmac is insane.

The FG% is what I like the most. Considering how streaky of a player he can be, I hope he keeps up the hot shooting.

    This is interesting..

Other nominees for Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week were Cleveland’s LeBron James, Dallas’ Jason Terry, Indiana’s Reggie Miller, Los Angeles Clippers’ Corey Maggette, Miami’s Shaquille O’Neal, Sacramento’s Mike Bibby and Toronto’s Donyell Marshall.

Seems like Kobe was not even nominated :D

    yes it is

second time where both he and pierce won the award for their respective conferences in the same week

to even make the kobe jockers even more upset i didnt notice that he wasnt even nominated, but kobe has yet to win a single player of the week award this year. despite the numerous mvp cries (i hear them all the time here in la sorry) by the folks around here i think its impossible to win a mvp without having won at least one player of the week award during the season

With the Rockets surge this week i think T-mac is officially on the MVP radar. I still dont think he will win it but I think he will finish #3 or 4 behind Nash, Shaq, and Duncan.

Ditto. For a perimeter player who shoots a lot, 53% is insanely efficient. I don't think Kobe in those consecutive 50+ games last season was shooting over 50%.

    Neither was Yao. :(
I think the 27, 22 and 5 alone should at least give him consideration. He was superb this week.
