He would have a lot more if he didn't let his teamates have them. JH jumped in for at least three that Yao had easily.

Down by 16 in the first quater with opponents shooting 75% (9/12) 3s, yet still managed to come back with a win while holding Seattle to 6 in the 3rd. I don't care what you say, but this team is for real now.

Absolutely hilarious. Good no call by the refs. All the sonics are good for are flopping and jacking up 3s.

What a great game by the Rockets! Seattle hit us with their best shot and we took it right back at them. Tmac and Yao seem like they compliment each other better and better every game. Van gundy should get some props for the halftime adjustments. I love this team! :D

best game of the seaon! A character-defining W! A Must-See for anyone who question our players'heart and determination to win. Who would have thought we could come back and win after the first quarter, no to mention We held 'em to score only 6 points in third.

I'm so proud of our guys. They came though with passion and hustle. I"m so impressed with Bowen's defense. Yao proved his doubters wrong again. I was sweating throughout the 4th.

    Go Rockets!

I want to give a ton of props to Yao tonight (T-mac played great also but he usually does :) ). Not only did Yao take over at times in the 4th quarter but in the last 3 mins of the game he did a great job getting back to the basket on defense and stopping James from completing a dunk. Then he blocks a Ray Allen shot a minute or so later. Played great in the 2nd half and looked very aggressive out there. If he can just give us that every game than the Rockets will be true contenders come playoff time.

    GREAT WIN !!! :D :D

T-MAC really stepped up leading the team in points, rebounds, assists, steals. He and Yao were so clutch in the 4th. This team is going to be fun to watch in playoffs.

Yaoooo Miing, Yao Ming, Yao Ming, Yao Ming, Yaaaaoooo Miiing, Yaaaaooo Miing!!

All the haters go away cause the 'Great Wall' came to play!!

GREAT GREAT WIN!!! Playoff atmosphere on the road in hostile territory and they found a way to make the plays at the end. Yao's shot just wasn't falling throughout the game, including a bunch of rim-outs, but he kept it going at made the shots when they mattered the most.

TMac was great as usual. The team brought the 'D'. Wow, what a win!!

The only thing I could find even the slightest to gripe about, was Mike James' decision making at times but, once Sura comes back, he will be our 'Bobby Jackson-esque' player off the bench so I'm not worried and actually looking forward to it.

    GREAT WIN!!!

A good win. It is amaziing how fast they are coming together. It is incredible that we are now a threat to beat any team-- even on the road.

Yao proves nothing...he needs to be reminded to play like this every single game....someone better get in his ears and tell him that this is how he should play from now on. If not, he'll just going to go back to the soft Yao again. History repeats itself...so don't gets your hope up for this guy just for one game. We already have high hopes for him before and then he went all the way back to the bottom pit again....

Ryan Bowen and David Wesley deserve major props tonight.

... Don't get me wrong, Yao was definitely the difference maker out there tonight, but along with this gutsy performance from the entire team, I can easily see this performance being forgotten/under the radar.

Jon Barry was an amazing offensive spark as well, but the most unnoticed two players were just as key.

Juwan played well, but I can't hang my hat on his performance as he also had his share of mistakes/bad shots.

Without these two guys tonight, I think we definitely would have lost. Ryan Bowen took the task of guarding Shard and held his own, relatively speaking. He did an excellent job rotating off of defenders to cover the perimeter, and helped force Shard into a lousy shot at the end. He manages to get his hands on several loose balls/saves loose balls that would normally go to the other team.

David Wesley was amazing guarding Allen and made tough plays/layups/filled the lanes/made Allen work on offense. Enough said for him, his defense probably won us this game. Granted, Allen went off today, however, it was one of his nights, and David continued to make him work until the 3rd quarter where he finally began to miss.

If yao finds a way to dominate there front court we'll win. i think our backcourt can provide enough input, it's upto yao. historicly he has had good games against Amare. friday has to be no exception.
