    MemphisX,

While I dislike seeing any player injured, are you going to deny that Gasol whines more frequently and demonstratively than just about anyone else in the league while hardly ever getting T'd up for it? And would you not feel dislike for an opposing player if they seemed to get alot more free throws because of the constant whining? Because this seems to have happened in many a Rockets-Grizzlies game, especially in Memphis.

Actually it looks like the Custodian has been the beneficiary of the last week - averaging 18ppg over his last 5 games.

I think the reason why he stunk earlier in the season was due to injuries.

Probably because he gets hacked alot and gets very few calls.

He whines a lot less now.

Also it seems that they 'found' this stress fracture, he did not originally sit because of that injury. He said he never felt pain from it. So really, we are lucky because he probably would have broken his foot later. I would rather him sit out the entire season then risk anything permanent with his feet.

    Oh yeah...we caught you!

I read in the HC that he has been cleared by doctors to begin individual practices. Dont know if that means he will be back soon. It that Bonzi Wells is out 2-3 weeks. The Grizz might be the most injured team in the league this season. Got to give them some props for still being tied with the Rockets after all those injuries and a coaching change.

they still have a record like ours but we have a whole new team really. They are basically playing with their team from last year and had meshed already.

Rockets had a lot more work to do before they got used to each other...still taking nothing away from the grizz cause they have been playing well.

lol... he's a whiner plain and simple. good player but he b****es more then anyone i've ever seen. i cringe everytime i see him play cause he makes the same stupid face everytime he gets called for a foul or someone breathes on him wrong.

I still remember that tantrum he threw in that Olympic game against the US...funniest thing I ever saw....threw himself onto the floor and looked like a little brat having a typical tantrum.

I think both of our teams have overcome some serious obstacles. The Rockets with new faces and the Grizzlies with injuries. I think both teams are aiming at Sactown's spot but I think we would both prefer to play the Suns in the playoffs.

I'd rather play the Sonics because we almost beat them without Sura and that was pretty big, we should have beat them

on the otherhand I don't know the Grizzlies record against the Sonics so I can't speak for Memphis

I do know that the Grizzlies matchup VERY well with the Suns so...

I think you guys should secure the 7th spot and let us have the 6th

though we don't really need to ask:p

I think the Grizzlies should try winning an actual playoff game for once in franchise history before they start calling out the #1 seed.:p

Actually they started the year of just as bad as we did. then they had a coaching change and started to play much better.

I can believe how easy of a schedule they have left for this month. Seems like they dont really play any of the tough teams till April. Hopefully Portland can beat them once in the next few days.
