survival of the fittest. take the fences back down and let them jump if they wanna. dumbasses.

Talk about frivolous lawsuits, the city should get money from this framily for raising such an idiot son.

 

Typical "I'm- gonna-sue-someone-for-not-taking-respnisibility-for-what-my-own-kids-do!" response.

It's always someone elses fault when your kids do stupid things.

 

So are they jumping themselves, or are they using bikes or cars or skateboards?

 

This is about as bad as the people that used to (or maybe still do) surf elevators. They get inside elevator shafts and hop onto and off of elevators as they go up and down. Crazy.

Not saying there shouldn't be fences but shouldn't the parents be responsible for teaching their kids to not act in stupid ways?

 

Well I was a kid and no matter how much you teach, sometimes kids are just going to be stupid.

Also, I think I saw another post referencing jumping across on a bike, but are they really using bikes? It sounded like they were just jumping. My mistake.

 

If you don't want people jumping from your parking garage you shouldn't build it in the first place.
