This lady at work wants me to book a flight for her from San Diego to Houston tommorow.

The websites I find are all saying round trip, but I don't want it to be roundtrip. What are the travel sites out there like orbitz, and travelocity, and crap like that?

If you guys can, help me find a one way ticket from San Diego to Houston.

I will give you an autograph basketball signed by a famous basketball player.

    me.

Have you checked SW? Go directly to the airlines web site or contact them directly. Incidentally, a one way fare will be huge compared to round trip (unless you can use an airline like SW or Sun Country or something similar)

Can't you buy the round-trip ticket to save money and just not use it?

thanks for all your help guys.

I will go ahead and autograph a tennis ball, cause i dont want to sign my basketball.

200 plus bucks for one way.

You know, round trip is much cheaper.

I am looking to use some of my frequent flyer miles this summer.

Going to fly out to Switzerland, it's gonna cost me 50,000 miles for coach class but I think I will get first class for an additional 15K miles.

Gotta love the Frequent flyer program, love my free flights.

Unless you can find a discount airline like Sun Country, most airlines charge more for one way than for round trip.

    Example:

NWA one way MSP to IAH on 03/14 - $469.00
    NWA round trip MSP to IAH from 03/14 - 03/21 - $233.00

A one way puts you on the terrorist list too.

Dude, I am kind of dark, I fly to Saudi and back a couple times a year. I know all about being treated like a terrorist in the airports. It really sucks.

But I won't complain, the benifits of flying out there still out weigh the negatives by a long shot. Keep raking in the oil $$$$$.

Wow, that is truly nuts. I would have never thought that would be the case.

Yes buy the round trip and just use the first leg. I know people who do this all the time. Definitely check out southwest.com.
