What was my question again? I asked you to pick one poster who praised Yao's play today. You gave me that guy who asked you to take a hike after you threw your hatred around on a "free board". My English is bad, but I did make it clear, no one defended his passive play today. But that doesn't give you right to throw the YOF label around to pretend you are a legitmite fan. You are NOT. Taling about respectible behavior, go back to check your own post.

Yao had a very bad game, and everyone is critisizing his rebounds. Don't pretend you are the only one who stands for the truth, fighting evil environment. You didn't invent anything, ok? Why were you singled out? Again, go back to check your post. Geez, you are not Galileo, who got burned after standing firm with the truth.

They are a team, win as a team, lose as a team. Yao had his fair share in an ugly loss. But to blame everything on him only? That's too simple. Rockets' bench is the biggest problem now, not Yao or TMac.

Foul trouble and rebound are really his serious problems. But I truly did not see any loss-of confidence in Yao today as he showed before.

give credit to the defense that made the team play individually

It's not the lack of confidence; it's the lack of energy.

You need to go back and get store credit. I wouldn't wear that Yao jersey out of Houston. You might get ridiculed. I'd go with the TMac jersey.

Mike James did not ignore Yao.If you watched you saw James looking into Yao in the post.Oftentimes today Yao had his man penned with excellent position,deep...and he went up weak.I'm not "bashing Yao" only stating fact.He DID see the ball in the post...and his rebounding effort today was pathetic too.
..Look,there is no conspiracy against Yao,on the court,or in here.I understand there are some new fans who are just starting their hoops education. That's great, but you need to be made aware of what is really happening out there.I admire your devotion to the big fella, but don't let it get in the way of understanding the game of basketball.

81.18? Man, that's not the price for current Yao. I wish I am willing to pay for that in 2-3 years...

Agreed. It's James' first game with the Rockets; we need to give him a few games to get used to us and develop some chemistry with the team. He did take alot of shots, but that only goes to tell you that he's confident and I'll take that as a positive note. Down the road, if James still doesn't pass the ball to Yao I'm sure he won't be here for long. Yao or James? Everyone and their mother knows to pick Yao, and I'm sure JVG and CD knows too.

    Go Rockets! Crush the Bulls!

Edit: I stand corrected, now that some of you guys pointed it out to me James did look for Yao and that's good news to me. Thanks!

i really liked what i saw from james today i think he took good care of the ball and shot the ball well and competed. when sura comes back i think we will truly see how good an addition this is going to be for the team. yao has to demand the ball. i do think at times his teamates recognize that he has a bad tendency to lose the ball in the wait if there is any traffic around him, which causes them to think twice before passing to him, enabling the defense to get positon on him in the post

I donot have too much confidence whether they can crush bulls at their home. But even the rockets loses again, I still love this team and every player of it instead of those, crap, trade, sh*t, useless, waster of space.... Those "fans" make me sick.

James DID NOT freeze out Yao and definitely is not going anywhere. He's going to be a key rotation player on a team that should be capable of winning multiple titles.

What a **** game... I'm really disappointed. I thought Yao played subpar, but not horrible. He scored whenever he could get hte ball, had two bad turnovers in the fourth quarter (one where he passed to someone under the basket who wasn't expecting it), and did a poor job boxing out.
Part of the reason we lost was just bad luck. They were just shooting ridiculously... Bell shot the lights out and even Eisley and Harpring looked like Tony Parker and Brad Miller out there. When Yao spinned and missed that layup, it reminded me of Ewing back in 95 vs Indiana.
I thought a lot of the fouls on Yao were really BS. The one where Eisley dribbled into him then flew 10 feet was borderline legit.

I don't think anyone is saying James did that after one single game. Why would he? Guard and center need more than one game to develop some routine to be able to set each other up and pass each other the ball. What's the hurry? One single game with two new PGs. I didn't think they could win even before the game. But one lost game is not my concern. It's more important, whether they are going in the right direction, how good they can be in the future.

I hope they can get things going the right way soon cause FinishLine has a 30 day return policy. :D Until then I'll be holding onto my precious jersey. And omg, has anyone noticed the difficulty of finding a size large jersey at FinishLine?

I love the rockets no matter what!
