Are you kidding?? His defense was tremendous. He was right up there guarding his man every step of the way. He even got called for fouls because he was guarding too tight. He is that aggressive. I think he's a better defender than Sura.

So far, one of the season's most uninspired performances. If the Rockets don't come alive in the second they are going get beat by a cellar-dwellar. They look disinterested. I am hardly "blown away" by James, he looks thoroughly average so far. Moochie is Moochie. The team looks very lethargic. Come on Rockets, wake up! And can somebody make a shot?

The Rockets have a habit of playing like crap at home on a Sunday. I'm too lazy to go check other games, but nearly losing to the Kobe-less Lakers comes to mind, and a week after that game---which team was it? Can't remember.

But yep, we better wake up quick.

Somebody needs to tell Yao Ming that Mike James is not Rod Strickland so he doesnt run out to help him on defense everytime.

Some people are expecting James to be a starting PG. He is a good backup. We have to start him because we don't have anyone else who is better than him. I'm glad he is with us because is athletic ,strong and works hard.

I think he will be a high caliber player in this league. He will be an All-Star. He does everything fundamental.

All-star?!? More crazy talk. I think he'll be a helluva backup for Sura, that's it. Great trade but some are putting too much into this trade.

JVG rarely calls a play for Yao, WTF? He's been shooting the ball very well since first couple of misses.

yeah, everytime he has new team mates he acts passive and third tier.

With Sura out the team needs rebounds, at least he can try to do when his team is not looking for him is grab some freakin rebounds. his blocks are good but if he ain't shooting whether the team is not finding him or he is missing his shots, he needs to get some boards otherwise he is just a waste of space.
