It's an all out ass kissing contest for Lebon with Walton doing most of it.. dont get me wrong I like Lebron, but this is not even fun to watch... They are talking about the SI "THE BEST EVER?" how Bron is like Shaq in that he is the biggest, stongest, fastest, and the smartest at his position.. I hate lots of players, but I like Bron if all this over blown media crap keeps up it's gonna drive me crazy.... I will START to buy into how great he is AFTER he makes some noise in the playoffs... Anyone else sick off the ass kissing going on in the NBA??

Man I am so sick about the attention that James gets. How about we let him actually play in the playoffs before we get with this "Best Ever" crap. That said, I saw his Sunday conversation on ESPN a little while back, and came away thoroughly impressed by his maturity, tact and diplomacy in the face of some potentially sticky questions. I just wish the media would lay off the "walk on water" schtick.

Walton did the same thing in Yao's rookie year, and many of us
    enjoyed that. :D

Of course we're gonna enjoy it..after all Yao was on our team. If Yao played for another team I would be sick of it too

I can see your point with YAO, but I can only remember ONE bad thing written about Bron in his 2 years... there were lots of YAO hatters even in his first year..

James isn't doing anything. But Pacers are good. They have O'Neal, Pollard, Croshere, Jackson, Reggie, and Johnson. They also have Tinsley and Artest and Foster. That's a really good team..too bad they aren't ever playing all of the guys at the same time. For various reasons.

And yeah Cavs as a team are just doing pretty poorly right now. Ilgauskas blocked JO'Neal thrice though. :)

Is it just me or does this happen to Oneal too much. The last game against us, Yao and Deke was stuffing him like he was a Thanksgiving turkey.

Man, I also cant stand this kissing. He is good, but talking about Jordan good already. Anyway I see it, he hasnt proved anything yet. Kobe and Tmac has more fitness than Lebron IMO.

I saw a stat last season that said O'Neal is the most blocked player in the league.

He doesnt have the body mass to create a lot of space or bump off the guy guarding him. IMO, this makes it easier to block his shots. This is the main reason that he is taking more outside shots, but to his credit, he is also making them.

anyone already asking if LeBron is the best ever.... is basically trying to sell something...SI with its story is just to sell magazines... the media exaggerates everything that is the way to sell.... they need a "marquee" person just like the league needs it....

just like MJ the media will use this to sell sell sell....that's why i think MJ was over-rated.... though he did come through on his part by getting all those titles...

Bullard came down on Lebron during his Dream Job segment last week and Stu Scott called him out on it.

Have I mentioned how much I dislike Stu Scott lately?
