Hey R2K just a question, I was trying to used my Roxio 6 to try to burn it out to VCD to watch it on my DVD player, but when i click on the video to import it ... it says that it can't support that data? Do I need to convert the video?
use TMPGEnc to convert it to any format, vcd, svcd(mpeg2), dvd(mpeg2) Im too lazy to provide linkage right now....check the tools section at videohelp.com
I don't think the links work anymore....I would love to get it on my computer too. R2k can you help us.............please!!! LOL
yeah i do. Be sure to have the right codecs (ask R2k). Here's what i would do. Uninstall the codecs you have installed and install the k-lite codec pack. It has everything and works like a charm. here i'll do teh google search for you too... http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/KLite-Codec-Pack-Download-16475.html The site looked pretty reliable. I say this because the first webpage that comes up when i google it is a fishy one. Just download it from softpedia.
you need to have Xvid. do not install the all-in-one codec packs....sometimes you will have conflicts between different codecs. this is the codec I use to create the videos.. http://www.koepi.org/XviD-1.0.3-20122004.exe this exact file is the one..
