    The whole Linkin Park/Jay Z collaboration is excellent for hitting the heavy bag around too.

    I find that some "Rage" really hits the spot- stuff like "Bulls on Parade," "Killing in the Name of," "Guerilla Radio." Really, any one of their cd's is perfect.

    I also like Method Man and Redman's "Blackout" album.

    "Throwing Copper" the album by +Live+ really works well for me, too.

    Last time they started blasting that at Gregory (UT), everyone in the room stopped lifting and just waited for the song to finish. it's too just freakin corny.
