The Presidency is getting so much stronger . .. confirmation hearings seem more like a dog and pony show . . .a mere formality The Courts seem to be stronger than ever as well Perhaps it is the individuals in congress that makes it weaker . . but it definately seems the weakest of the 3 branches. I think also it has to do wit the fact that unlike the other two . . .. they are comprised of a more diverse group simply based on pure numbers I think I government works well . . .but the checks and Balances maybe a bit off kilter about now Rocket River
confirmation hearings are a joke?? where are you getting that?? i don't understand how you're arriving at these conclusions. how is the court stronger than it was in the 30's? or the 50's? how is congress weaker?
