Today is my B-day and I am sitting back and meditating on life and reflecting on the past I generally try to take some time to just think about everything past present and future I remember Life is Good and it is a blessing to make it another day Though everything is not as I would like I am Happy Rocket River
Happy Birthday RR! Speaking of getting old here's a question for all of those like me getting well into their 30's. When did you start noticing your physical decline? Or are you declining physically at all? When I ask this I mean in terms of sports because there's a lot of stuff that I can't do like I did about 7 years ago in sports and the biggest thing I've noticed is it takes me so much longer to recovery from injuries that at this point I've always got some injury or another dogging me. Where as in my early 20's I would get hurt and recover within a week or two. On the plus side my stamina is about the same and I'm stronger but my a lot less flexible.
Anytime you wake up after an evening of partying and your vehicle is not in your yard, it is a good day. Have fun
