I need to buy a new pair of sneakers. I'd like to get a good pair of cross-trainers, but I don't want to support Nike or any other "overseas sweatshop" sneaker company. What are some brands which are not produced in sweatshops? I've assumed that Adidas, Reebok, etc.. are all just like Nike. Is there anywhere on the web I can go to get more information? Oakley makes some quality kicks that are made in the USA. As for the other brands- I couldn't say. ------------------ "UNBEATABLE"
I'm not positive on the "sweat-shop" aspect, (though I've done some research and found specifically nike,reebok and adidas commonly mentioned)but Fila's are great kicks, worn 'em for 16 years, and I'm not typically a "brand-loyal" type of guy....check 'em out. ------------------ !Viva La Jeff!
