Now there's a new sound that's getting people excited. *Dunk *Dunk ----------------------------------------------------------- I never got the whole Law and Order series, could never get into it. Honestly it never held my attention through the first ten minutes of the show. Different things get different people, I guess. I know a guy who likes scat, but that's neither here nor there. (The musical style people, geez.) Back to point, the odd thing about me is when I hear their opening sound clip, I normally get aggitated/annoyed and sometimes even to a degree angry. I don't know why and was wondering if I was the only one. I don't know why I don't like that sound...
I love Law and Order! If I get to the tv a few seconds late (after the opening sound clip), the first the I ask my wife is "Did I miss the prerequisite dead body shot?" Everyone has their taste in television shows.
no doubt....some people actually seem to like crap like The OC or American Idol......go figger.... Law and ORder seems to be a pretty decent show...Ive caught it a few times...I dont go out of my way to watch it...but if Im caught up on my Tivo viewing...and its on...then Ill watch
I can take or leave it. I do like the rash of dramas that you can seemingly watch whenever, though. If I'm bored, I'll catch an episode of C.S.I. or Law and Order and not really worry about catching up on some storyline that's been going on all season.
I'm a fan of comedy, and don't really watch drama or reality shows, so I rarely watch late evening network tv anymore.
the Law & Order shows are the few shows I will actually sit down and watch. i really like CI, in particular.
The original one is okay. And SVU is pretty good. But that's where they should have stopped. There are too many spinoffs now - especially with TBJ coming out soon. With all these spinoffs + syndication, you can probably watch law and order 8 hours a day every day. That's insane..
If you did psychology in school you would understand. Pavlov was a great scientist. He contributed greatly to the experiment of conditioning (classic conditioning in this case) and how it related to us as well as other animals. The dog conditioning experiment was one of them. The dog salivated to the sound of a bell because he was conditioned to believe that after that sound comes the food......and so on. That was one of Pavlov greatest works.
Doink. Doink. And I like CI more and more each time I watch it, and they're adding Chris Noth to the cast - which is excellent.
CI is the bomb...I especially enjoyed last episode when they brought Logan back. Law & Order are the only set of shows that I set my schedule to watch, but through a friend, I'm kinda getting into 24.
