I don't see how ****er is an insult at all, would not it be defined as "one who ****s?" If the term ****er is to be used as in insult it should at the very least be coupled with something else to improve the insult quality.
The n-word, to me at least. Even though it is not in the poll it's the only word I hate to hear none of the res bother me.
i guess this technically isn't an insult but the word rape always gets me esp when guys use it in a term like "d*mn, that test raped my *ss!!" i used to hear that in college and it infuriated me. of course, i would lecture to my classmates afterwards by explaining that my best friend was raped in college by an intruder in the house at gun point. just be a lil more sensitive when you use that word because you never know who it has happened to and how it affected them.
Bill: "And then there's the way these rappers refer to each other with a certain word which, which I won't even repeat." Catherine: "What word?" Bill: "The 'N' word." Catherine: "Oooooh." Matthew: "Nerd?" Bill: "Worse." Matthew: "Worse than nerd? Um, I don't, this is a tough one."
The use of rape in that context annoys me also, especially when there are a hundred other words to use instead. I use most other swear words(regularly ) so I can't really say I find them offensive.
