    Killer Instinct??

I don't think you watched any of those Magic-Bucks and Magic-Pistons Playoff series.

T-Mac single handedly almost knocked the Pistons out of the playoffs taking them to 5 games the year before they won their Championship. That team had NOTHING except T-mac.

In the series against the Bucks it was T-Mac vs. Ray Allen/G Robinson and Sam Cassell and he was DOMINATING.

Glenn Robinson was completely shut down and averaged less than half his season average.

T-Mac has been a BEAST in the playoffs. Last year was the first year the Magic w/ Tmac didn't make the playoffs.

I think the 2 assist difference can be attributed to the fact that LBJ is the primary ball handler for Cleveland's offense. He's a point forward. We have VERY smart guards in Sura, Wesley, and Barry who get a lot of our assists for the team, thus T-mac functions as more of a scorer (granted not as much as he was in Orlando.

Clevelands point guard, McInnis averages 5.5, but He's more of a scorer. They don't really have any other guards who have a pass first mentality.

That said, LBJ is a 20 year old freak of nature with a ridiculous BBall IQ, and I think I'd have to take him over Mac.

it would depend on who my PG was on my team, with an above average PG, id take tmac, cause mac has a batter shot and better speed. With a bunch of mediocre player, lebron will make them all better, but in a team with all above average players, i think tmac would be a better fit than bron.

besides, according to the braintype site, mcgrady and jordan have the same brain type while lebron and britney spears are the same.

Has anybody with Lebron's body type lasted a long time in the league without major injuries (as a guard/sf type)? This was brought up to me a few weeks ago when I was talking about how amazing he is. This other guy said that was true but that he worries about longterm durability with a player that is built that thick and in that kind of frame. Mashburn is an example of a similar body type - almost the same height and very solidly built...was always called the perfect NBA body. But he broke down quickly and often.

I don't know if I fully buy the theory, but it has made me curious.

I'm loving lebron's game but still.... with all the hype he's gotten at that age I don't know how long he'll be without a giant contraversy and we'll have no means no signs all over. Jordan earned his airness title. He's a special player but I am thinking it'll be kobe all over again.

LBJ, hands down. The difference between his game yr 1 and 2 is incredible. If he can improve that much over the next 3-4 yrs, we'll see something most of us have never seen before...

Really, I just want to see someone average 30/10/10. And I want that guy on my fantasy team. :)

Why we Rockets fans like to draw such comparisons to put down our players? :(

    Tmac vs. Lebron, Kobe, ...
Yao vs. Shaq, Amare, Duncan, KG, ...

I dont understand why some fans like to show our players are soso, like in the thread about Yao's rebounding.

Tmac and Yao are our boys. Accept them as they are and support them.

    TMAC!!!!!

    TMAC is a Rocket.

Lebron is a Cavalier. (What the hell is a Cavalier anyway, and why would anybody want to be one)

I'll take the guy that is currently leading the Rockets to the playoffs and is #1 in the NBA in minutes played and total minutes. TMAC is giving it up for the Rockets and that is all I needed to see from him.

    TMAC for President!

He was 6'8" when he entered the league but everyone was saying that he grew when they saw him in the olympics. Lebron is closer to 6'10 than 6'8".

If the NBA players were thrown into a pool to get redrafted...Every single GM would choose James over TMac.

when people are insecure about things, sometimes they try to imagine they are a couple inches bigger than they really are.
