Isn't it true that in England, bookie joints lay odds on the US Presidential Election and allow people to make all sorts of bets/wagers on the election? Somewhere in a pub in England, some guy is holding a ticket where he placed a 10 pound wager predicting exactly what we've seen so far in this election.
