I think the game itself cannot be considered "Stupid." Of course, asking Yao to play in it might be a "stupid" idea.

OMG...This has got to be the first time I have prayed that one of these sina stories are totally accurate.

what percentage of likelyness would you give to that part about Yao not going for those games?

btw....he hasnt looked very sick for the last couple of games...maybe they are talking about a few weeks back?

Man, for once I hope Sina is correct. I hate to believe what they have to say, but I would love to have Yao resting this summer.

Heh, speaking of not knowing what you're talking about. Look what I found at NBA.com

    " A Big Statement
In 1992 , the Rockets selected China's Yao Ming with the No. 1 overall pick, to team with guard Steve Francis. The following year, Houston dropped blue from the team's official colors and redesigned its uniforms. The club would again wear white at home and red on the road."

I agree with Yao playing better when he is lighter. Is there anyway you can get stronger but not heavier?

Good link, so it says the chance of Yao returning to China for the All China Game is slim.

Thanks a lot. It looks like the official from Shanghai is still woking hard to get Yao back to China in summer, but the chance is slim. It seems that Yao does not want to go back this time.
