Just a yes or no answer.

Has anybody's vote for President been swayed by the discourse on this BBS?

Actually, after dealing with Rocketman95, I am very much in favor of drug testing and the death penalty.

As for the presidency, I have made a last minute decision not to vote Bush and vote independent -- Quimby.

    <a href="http://www.quimby2000.com">www.quimby2000.com</a>

His stance on the environment is what got me:

According to scientists, the 90s were the hottest decade in recorded history, because of the continued use of CFC gases. Joe considers this an awesome achievement, but thinks we can still do better.

If every American sprays just one can of cooking spray into the atmosphere per week, by 2005 Alaska will be a tropical paradise, and the entire Gulf of Mexico will go up in flames, resulting in an abundance of delicious grilled swordfish.

Assuming that's a serious question TheFreak, I think he's referring to Mayor Quimby on The Simpsons.

I was going to vote for Nader (since I live in Utah)... but he pissed me off.

Yee-hooo! Corporate welfare, taking money from poor buddhists! Yee---hhoooooo!!!! Gore!

I did vote for a bunch of Independent-American weirdos by accident (I thought it was Jesse's party). Oops. Utah Democrats aren't anything to brag about though... so who cares.

No. The political discussions on this BBS have only angered me, made me piss off fellow posters, and only slightly bemused me.
