LOL! y'all are hating man! This is a hilarious post. Lighten up guys, it is all in good fun. And since there are a bunch of Sura bashers posting and reposting a thousand times over again about the same complaint about Sura. So someone is having a little fun with that. I think it was funny
PArt of me wants to laugh at the sheer absurdity of the intial post...which of course is what Random wanted.... the other part of me knows that the joke is going to go right over the heads of a few...which we have seen already in this thread... So in the end....it hurts more than helps...it becomes a endless cycle of hatred aimed at our Rockets players instead of against the rest of the league...which is where it should be.... to any and all who seem to have misplaced their sarcasm detectors.... ITS A JOKE BABEEE.....get over it.
A point I forgot to add... And when Yao gets the ball, he probably has orders from JVG to shoot it. Yao has the highest shooting percentage on the team, so why not.
That made me laugh, especially the last part. But seriously, Kyrodis hits the nail on the head. That plus I think Yao tends to shoot more now when he gets good position, instead of passing back out. That is good also, he needs to be confident. I seem to remember in his first couple years, once or twice a game on average he would be in ideal scoring position and would pass out too unselfishly. Those players would be more likely to directly shoot (Cuttino, JJ, MoT) than make an extra pass.
Yeah, It's YAO's fault that Sura bricked those 2 shots at the end of the game. He can pass the ball to people but can't shoot the ball for them also.
The problem with this kind of joke is that it invites other people to look for reasons to criticize another player, I thougth we had enough of that already.
Nobody's criticizing yao, it's just criticizing the silly YOF's who will b**** about his lack of touches when the Rockets, under the offensively challenged JVG, manage to score 118 points and win. And they're still doing it, in this very thread. Ridiculous.

Thats pretty good, our shootign is also better now I thnk, whereas guys used to just chuck it up once the pass came, they'd make an extra pass for a better shot

I wonder if the bashers, did this to all the guards that played for his team and chinas natinoal team because none of them knew how to get yao the ball and instead jacked up 3's left and right.
