Good for Houston, the city deserves to host a superbowl but so do numerous other cities.

Just once I would enjoy a superbowl played in the rain/cold/snow.This is football! The superbowl in the superdome sucks. Play the damn game in KC, Chicago, or NY already!

I heard on the radio that Detroit got the 2005 Super Bowl.

They were wrong. The Detroit News reports that the 2006 Super Bowl (after the 2005 season, though) will be in Detroit.

Jacksonville got 2005, Houston got 2004. San Diego has 2003. I think New Orleans has 2002. And Tampa has 2001.

As expected, McNair got his wish.

By the way, the story says Miami will get the 2005 Super Bowl, but the owners awarded that Super Bowl to Jacksonville, according to the Florida Times-Union.
