    MSN-
Did you give the organization credit for the moves we made last year? If you did, then they deserve criticism for this year.

Again, I don't mind some of the moves. I would of let Beltran and Kent go for those price tags. I just don't like the excuses.

Absolutely they would deserve criticism. Only, the whole story hasn't played out yet. Again, I haven't defended any of the moves or the people involved; I've only made the point that we can't know everything that's been discussed or attempted internally.

I think plan B is rebuilding. That's why it was never specifly mentioned. Also the stating of making Berkman, Lidge and Roy O the cornerstones of our foundation further emphasize this.

It's just to bad we have nobody to to trade for more prospects. However we do have an abundance of pithcers we drafted 2 years ago that we could eventually trade for hitting prospects.

It seems we already have the pitching (exept the bullpen - Lidge), so stating the obvious we need All Star hitting. I'm not talking about Jason Lane or Ensberg hitting. We need at least another premiere slugger.

Wait a minute....I thought this thread was about Sosa. Yet i previously wrote a reply about the Astros future.

Anyways, good riddance to Sammy. At least that took a big dent out of the Cubs lineup. I think his absence will be alot bigger than Chicago initiated. :)
