As I said before, I am looking to e-file this year via Turbo Tax or something similar. I was wondering if anyone has e-filed yet? if so what did you use?

    Thanks!

My appointment with my accountant is at the end of February. Still don't have all of the paper from everyone yet. Usually get a fairly healthy refund.

Waiting for my last W-2, always get a good refund thanks to the education credits without them I'd be sunk.

Hope Credit for the first two years of college, lifelong learning credit for every year after that. If you're in college, (I think you don't even have to be full time), you report how much you spent that year on tuition and other college related expenses. Even if your tuition was through loans, it still counts as money spent and can be reported. You can get these credits without itemizing and the lifelong learning credit is good forever, you'll never use it up even if you're a grad student. Every year I get several thousand back, last year was close to 3500. It really helps because FAFSA's stupid EFC policies don't enable me to take out loans that even cover tuition let alone books.

I haven't done mine yet. I have mine and my wife's W-2's and our home interest thingies, but I am trying to beat someone who wants to play "procrastinator" on another thread... ;) ...

I thought it was www.taxactonline.com <- that is the one I use... I like it, and I don't even have to pay ANYTHING.

    I gots that.

But now that I graduated, I don't know if I can get it.

If you spent anything, (hmmm.. there might be a minimum), in the calender year of 2004 on tuition, books, etc. you can use it.
