Social mobility to higher classes is declining and the wealth gap is increasing. If the Democrats shift their class agenda from minorities to the poor, I think that would definitely reenergize the party. Dean made references to it concerning the South before, and he should flat out pursue it.
I agree but if the issues and strategies he uses are about his beliefs, then that is a plus. Terry McAuliff had a very public face. I'm guessing that since Dean was more widely known prior to his possibly becoming the chair, that if he did become the chair he would continue make public appearences.
He mentioned it in a hangout post. I asked him if he could lurk and read but not post, and he said he can't do that either. I can't remember the exact thing that got him banned, I remember TJ remarked under one of his posts about a name in there, but I'm not sure if that was what did it or not. It is a bummer that he isn't around. Hopefully before too long he can make an appeal.
