yao was friends with steve and boki his whole nba career, they are both gone now and his new teamates barely had a chance to get to know eachother. they may be friendly but not true friends yet. lets give these guys time to really bond.
I said that, because lately there have been a number of threads based on the fact that Yao is not happy here etc. most of them were locked up as soon as a moderator saw it. The reason was because they stated things such as the first post in this thread and how Yao doesn't feel comfortable here in Houston and so he will leave etc. (alot were from the sina site or something like that) I don't know, it was the first thing that crossed my mind when I read the first post, particulary because of the recent amount of threads like this.

The good thing is that Yao has Americian agents and they appreciate MONEY and since the Rox can give significantly more mula when he signs his next contract he will stay here. Unless we want to trade him for a better player that doesn't sulk because SF isn't here to tuck him in.

I do know this - several weeks ago, Mo and coach had a HUGE fight and JVG was pissed. Mo is on island with this club but JVG does indeed use the IR as a disciplinary tool (see - Boki Nachbar) and as a reward (See - Ryan Bowen). I know that MO T andJVG are at odds but I can't confirm the IR story to be true.... ....yet. But I believe it's a valid rumor.
