If the US could really seal the borders, that would put a huge dent in the terrorist acts in Iraq. But we can't. To say that for the election that we will do something that we have shown no capability of doing so far is stupid and delusional. The fact that some writer wrote this is scary. The fact that some editor let this be published is even more scary.
