I'm a tad disappointed by the choice of the Charlie's Angels actresses: Lucy Liu Drew Barrymore(?) Cameron Diaz Let's play a game and PLEASE, no pictures. You can pick your Angles, but there are three rules you must follow: 1. They must be decent actresses and have some established appeal. Newcomers and just plain models need not apply. 2. The group must be diverse with the following stipulations: 1 Ethnic female (Hispanic, Asian, African Amercian, etc) 1 Brunette or Redhead 1 Blonde 3. The actress cannot be currently involved in a similar action-oriented project. Angelina Jolie, for example is set to play Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider project so she is out. I think it's supposed to be more of a comedy. With that in mind, I think the 3 they've selected are excellent. They're all good-looking and funny as well. I wouldn't change any. Bill Murray is also in this. ------------------ Winnifred Skinner is a slut.
The key is to actually choose actresses. Then your movie has a chance. Without a true actress you've killed the movie in my opinion. No guarantee they will pull this off, but a good actress is a good beginning. I was watching Seven last night. You know who Brad Pitt's Wife was? I was a bit dissapointed at first too. Seeing Diaz's and Barrymore's dopey smiles together didn't appeal to me in what may have seemed to be an action flick. But now that I saw more previews of it, it does seem like more of a comedy, as Freak mentioned. As such, I think the casting was pretty good, except for Lucy Liu. She seems a little too "straight" to be funny. Bill Murray is a BIG plus. but I'll play the game and pick some chix. since it is a comedy movie: Jeanine Garofolo (i know iknow, sp?)
