I couldn't agree more. From the previous posters perspective, it is apparent that is how the people from the Chinese culture best operate. Why not give it a try, it's painfully obvious that what were doing now is not working. That is my biggest gripe with JVG, he wants to win under his terms and his system. He is incapable or unwilling to compromise or adjust his system for the better of the team. JVG has made us the laughingstock of the league by trading away or waiving all our young talent so we can join the 40 and older former NY Knick player league.
