Heaven is a Playground was a great movie and had stacks of NBA players in it. Ray Allen was great in he got game. I forgot about White Men Can't Jump, that's the best. There was one I saw in the last year, it had the black guy from Homicide on street in it and was about a black team playing against a white team whent hey weren't allowed to, that was a great hoops movie, what was it called?? think i might go hire heaven is a playground tonight, now, cool. PhiSlammaJamma, i've watched Basketball Diaries..and it doesn't have that much to do w/ bball other than he's on the team...but i guess it's still worth watching. My favorite bball movies would have to be Hoop Dreams, White Men Can't Jump, Above The Rim, and the Rucker Park documentary. ------------------

Above the Rim(with Tupac) and He Got Game were by far the best...IMHO. Blue Chips was good too. Heaven is a Playground is the best by a MILE! If you haven't seen it then make sure you do! Most of the other ones are not as focused on basketball (and some aren't at all - basketball diaries). Blue Chips isn't that bad! Hoosiers is pretty good too. ------------------
