I like the latest Geico commerical, with the reality show about living in the small house, crack me up. I almost think I'd watch that reality show too. Now that is scary.
How about the one with the song: I was raised a texan, till the day I die. 'cause I'm a lone star son of a gun baby red white and blue. or the Burger King Commercials: I'mmmmm Spiceeeyyyy!
Well maybe sloppy wasn't the right term, more like "tomboyish". I could stomach her attitude if she had a miniskirt on if you see what I am saying.
Bad one: Dr Cinnamon and that fat-loss supplement that's 'too good' and 'too expensive' for you Some are just overplayed ... the 'Pop Music' of commercials: many Geicos (w/ the gecko) any Capital One w/ the Vikings (argh!) (Favorite: a jeans commercial ... prob can guess which one )
I hate the McDs one "3:22....that girls got more SKILLLZ than you". I also hate the Aquous (see more) ads.
Anyone listen to the radio at all today? I could not believe how many times I head the ad for the tv show Alias, starring Jennifer Garner. Over and over and over again.
I have a new one....The blockbuster no more late fees commercials. Especially the part where the guy is singing.
I also like those Sonic commercials. I hate when commercials rip an idea, like Miller ripping AOLand having the long line of people talking to the Miller Building. When I saw this thread I thought BK as commericials I like. "Which one says you're an idiot wasting company time?" And I have never worked with a woman that looks like the one in those commercials.
Just saw another one - it is the one with Dominoes Pizza that has these 3 dorks who all look like they either need haircuts or at least need to comb their hair. Their names, according to the announcer (who sounds familiar), are "Sausage Guy", "Pepperoni Guy", and "Mushroom Guy". Then another dork comes in and starts eating slices of each of their pizzas and the announcer says something like "Hey, who invited Mr. I'll Pay You Tomorrow Guy" while the whole time these 3 dorks with their messed up hair are just looking at each other with these stupid wussy looks. Ooh, how I hate that commercial!!
On a side note, that no more late fee stuff is crap! If you are late more than a week, you have to buy the freaking video.
You know, I'm so tired of that "I'm a Ford Truck Man" commercial, it makes me miss the "I was born, on the Llano Estacadooooo" commercial.
Just to change it up a bit, an awesome commercial: "Kill your bugs!" Austin BBS'ers will know what I'm talking about. Now they even do one with Earl Campbell in the mix.
