64% said they will not win a championship together! I sure hope they can prove them wrong.

The funniest question is when they ask you "who would you build your team around", and it had JVG as the 3rd option. Oh my god!:D :D :D

    I don't know about "THE"...

I'm a big fan of D. Wade, and Shaq is still real good.

I had a strange experience voting in that thing. (thanks for the link) When I saw the question, "Who would you build your team around," and stopped laughing about the "Van Gundy" response, I voted McGrady, without hesitation, without thinking about it. If anyone had asked me that even a month ago, it would have been Yao. The two of them together are greater than one or the other alone, of course, but I'd pick Tracy now, if I had that decision to make.

    I'm perplexed with myself!

I'd still pick Yao, even tho tracy is the better player, for the simple reason that Yao intimidates most of the players in the league on size alone. This makes for great defense (even if you don't have the talent to back it up) because the farther away you make them shoot the less points they are going to have. It's simple math.

For the same reason I like him on offense. Both players get their shots at will. But Yao's shots are 10 feet closer. Thus he's going to be more efficient than McGrady despite the fact he makes less shots.

i'm suprised so many people picked Yao as the person they would build a team around, considering all the negative publicity (embarrassing highlights, people constantly criticizing him/calling him soft) he gets on espn

personally, i picked yao also. good big men are so much harder to come by than 6'6-6'8 guards that can score

I wanna meet the people who actually voted for Van Gundy as the person to build a team around. He couldn't possibly have voted for himself that many times could he?

what a shame!! I selected JVG since I didn't read very carefully the question and took it for granted that they ask who is the most to be blamed!

I picked Yao, because he still has that potential....he is huge, not too may big men like him. And he will bring in more money for a team.

I am surprised that 61% think we will NOT wil even 1 championship with that duo. Oh well I guess we will have to prove people wrong.
