I thought I'd give the $14.99 a month deal a try and signed up today. I put my 3 movies in queue but I can't do anything from there. Don't I need to send in my order somehow?
Nope. Blockbuster will look at your queue and send you the top choices currently available. You have done all that you need to do.
Do you have to keep checking to see if they've sent them or not? And you can change your mind about what movies you want until they are actually sent?
they will email you when it ships the movies will then be listed as shipped in your Blockbuster account I get mine the next day
Really ... the next day??? I was having a hard time with Blockbuster's slow delivery. Netflix proved the best, since it had a local Houston center.
Netflix is awesome! They do have a local shipping center here in Houston so I get my dvds fast but I also pay a little more around $18 /month
Probably. No mail today. I did the trial thing a couple of weeks ago and they were sent out the day after I queue'd them. I got 3 movies 2 days later in Austin. They were sent from Houston.
started using it last month. it's great. delivers fast. lots of movies. free rentals in store. good stuff. i don't know how good netflix is. but blockbuster online is good enough for me.
Just curious, why would you go with netflix right now? Both are offering free trials, but should you elect to stay with them Blockbuster is about 3 bucks a month cheaper.
Blockbuster online is the way to go, signed up and the next day after i signed up i had two movies in my mailbox.... great deal for 14.99 and you get two free rentals at your local blockbuster store a month to use on games or movies....
I did the blockbuster one.... I really liked it, fast shipping but it takes a few more days to get them back to them with and processed though... Keep an eye out walmart was the first to do the DVD online thing for $15.00 a month, I have been told that they will take it even lower than Blockbuster soon for 3 dvds at a time...
I just received an email telling me one of the movies I picked has been shipped. The thing is it is the #3 movie in my queue. What about #1 and #2? Both are "available"...why wouldn't they be shipped out first?
Usually the movies towards the top of your queue gets shipped, but it's not a guarantee that you're #1 is always the first one that gets to you. you'll get it soon.
