Yeah, and that isn't snow. It is really just sleet or frozen rain. We've been getting some of that too. It looks like little bits of styrofoam.
Snow is frozen rain, silly boy. But I know what you mean. The other day I was watching the weather guy and he said that Texas actually gets a LOT of snow, but that it evaporates before it hits the ground. Interesting, huh? DD

BTW, that pic looks like snow to me. Not really sure how anyone could make a definitive statement whether it is or isn't off of a pic posted on an internet BBS.
