Orlando is having a good year. We traded three starters for one. I am still on board with the Rockets, but I am glad that Steve, Cat and Cato are giving the Magic what we need.
Hopefully, the Western Conference Rockets don't get swept by the Eastern Conference Rockets in January.
Oh darn it Pecosbill! How could you misspell "Orlando Magic" so bad? Good we have Ben here to point these mistakes out!
I just think that breaking up a team that made it to the playoffs was stupid. I felt that depth was a problem. A lot of players (3) were playing over 40 minutes last year. With the type of defense the Rockets played last year, how could we expect our perimeter players to make an outside shot at the end of the game. No legs.
Maybe they didn't catch hidden displeasure with the trade that happened. I know, next time I will include a picture.
Ooops! This Rocket team couldn't beat the last Rocket team. Okay, maybe now I won't get moved. We will find out in January. Steve, Cat and Cato are better than T-Mac and some scrubs. If I am wrong, let me have it.
If you keep going, and the admins end up having to spell it out for you, it'll probably already be too late.
LOL! my only question is very simple ... why do so many posters go soooo deep in the Nile, to exclude Steve Francis from Orlando's success? seems kinda obvious to link our exterior rebounding woes and the Magic's success this season to the most significant player we lost. Steve Francis. denial is an ugly disease.
It is sad how many people hated SF. Well....nothing more to say than we suck. When to the Stros start?
Steve is a good player who seems stuck on his inability to grow as a pg and cut his to's. He was looking for a system that had better ballhandlers who could take some of that pressure off of him from time to time. Grant Hill, Turkoglu and Dwight Howard make Steve better. If Cato can stay healthy they can be a great team if the stupid ball is minimized. But Steve has more wins this year because his supporting cast is overall better. But then last year's Rockets with the addition of any of Hill, Turkoglu or DHow would have been 2-10 games better and definitely a challenger for the championship. So now we go back to the endless discussion of CD, JVG, wise-@$$ in Orlando, trades, drafts, etc. I wish Steve well, hope he thrives and for his own good, hope he learns to dribble less, pass better and protect the ball better. As for the Rockets, a lottery pick this year would be my choice - go for this year's Dwight Howard or Okafor.
