Not all the big guys fault.T-mac screwed up passing the ball so low to Yao he had the shot.Regardless we aren't going anywhere with this system and coaching style....
I wouldn't be so quick to say that. T-Mac and Yao have finally been playing somewhat well together of late. I don't think it's coincidence that we lost to Charlotte twice, when their best player is a dynamite POWER FORWARD. No one should be judging this system until we get someone who isn't an absolute creampuff at the 4.
6 of those TO's were bad calls, no calls, and bad passes to Yao. The TO's that are in the box are not why the Rockets stunk it up. The play of Lue, MoT, and Ward are the reasons the Rockets stunk tonight.
Please stop making excuse for Yao. We all know that he's TO prone. Actually a lot of his teammates TO were also the result of trying to pass him the ball. That's why most of the time they are very hesitate.
I remember Jkidd had a triple double of 12 TOs once. So even the best players have bad nights like these...and remember a lot of the TOs which showed up on yao's boxscore weren't really his fault. That including the offensive goal tending..should not have showed up on the boxscore.
Still almost a 2-1 Assist to Turnover ratio on a bad night. I would take Nash in a heartbeat. Play Yao, Tmac and Nash....just 3 guys and we would win half the games. DD
I was going to bring up his first tripdoub, but didn't really have the heart to. But since you brought it up.... I gotta say I'm pretty impressed. 10 TOs. 10 possessions lost. On a night we lost by 3 points. Granted couple of them were not really his fault, but 10 is a big number to deduct from. Bobpusses are one of the best in the league at stripping the ball....everyone got stripped.
Exactly. There were two offensive fouls that were BS, a freakishly rare offensive goaltending, and a 3 second call (when Sura should have shot) which happens every once in a while to every player that goes after offensive rebounds. Ten TO's sounds like a lot but it really wasn't that bad.
