Mmm . . . chocolate: Smithsonian Associates sponsor an all-day Chocolate Lovers Seminar at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Northwest Washington. The event, which runs from 9 to 4:30, is jam-packed with lectures on various aspects of the chocolate experience.
