i would say they hadn't matched each other,in the other hand, there is totally no chemsitry between them.

Just get rid of one of them, that probably will be better.

Me too! Last time Tmac collapsed immediately after Yao fouled out when Rox played with Maverick even though his hand was very very hot. Tmac is not good choice of 1st option at present. His hand is much colder than Yao's in many games. At least Yao did not very bad in the games against Wolf and Laker when Tmac out. Hope Yao could miss some games and let see what Tmac could do.

Can't blame T-Mac too much, he's the only one that can always get a shot when Yao isn't in the game, he also plays more minutes, and his fg% is lowered because many times he's left alone to chuck up last second attempts. Yao doesn't have enough shots, T-Mac has too many low quality attempts. It's not because T-Mac is selfish, but there is no system that incorporates these two. Yao needs to step to the high post when he's having trouble in the paint, like tonight. T-Mac needs some plays to catch and shoot, or help him drive to the basket.

I think the team should try non-lowpost plays first on a possession, if that doesn't work, then use the remaining seconds to dump the ball to either Yao or T-Mac. If we go to Yao's low post play first, and for various reasons Yao can't get the ball, it's kind of awkward to shift to other plays. The spacing is not right. Many times after the failure of an entry pass, Yao has no where to go but keep standing in the low post. He can't go to the high post in the void of high post offense. He can't go to the baseline and be reduced to a three point shooter. So he stand near the basket like a dummy and clogs up the lanes, and the best he can do is to run out and set a pick near the three point line. Because the lanes are clogged up we see T-Mac and co. chucking up outside jumpers. JVG needs to go to the high post offense that utilizes Yao's passing and outside shooting(I think it can come back to Yao), as well as T-Mac's driving. When Yao raises the ball high and scans the court, he's like a traffic control tower in the middle. Imagine Yao pass the ball to a cutting T-Mac or Sura. Even JJ and Howard have the moves to get to the basket. Nobody should sacrifice their game because of their height and Shaq fetish, especially for Yao. High post offense incorporates T-Mac, Yao, Sura, Jackson and Howard - our five best offensive players. There is no reason save for stubborness not to try it.

How many times the ball goes down low then? It would not be difficult to count it. And especially please compare it to the number when it doesn't.

By the way, when you got hacked, I agree it's a TO.

I'm not defending for Yao. He didn't play well either. But your point here is obviously biased.

I still blame on JVG, -_-

He read this forum and say, ok, you want to enterntament, and you want to play what you want, fine, let's see, this is what we got. NO D, fast, and high scores but....lost.

I have to say: tmac and yao is ok, what our fans should trust our professional coach and players, give them some time and let them figure out how to do it.

I have said in last season, when everyone blame SF not pass to yao, actually, sf want to pass to yao but it always followed a TO sinece yao can not hold the ball and da m ref no call. Now same thing happened, when deke in the court, Tmac pass more ball to him then to yao.

Jvg have to find someway to feed yao in different way to avoid TO.

Some misses are just as bad as turnovers. I'd rather take 10/20 shooting with 4 turnovers than 10/30 shooting with 1 turnovers.

No my point was made to be equally as inane as the original post in this thread.

Neither of them are a joke. No 2-time NBA scoring champion is a joke.

Yep, a 2-time NBA scoring champion wasn't a joke. Unfortunately, he might be becoming one.

Dual id's on the bbs are a bad thing SJC, you know that. :)

I never accused you of anything... just found it odd, you'd leave and join with the nick "amed".

    *cough*

    Carry on.

Isn't it some BS though that Yao gets fouled like hell and doesn't get freaking calls? It's quite unfair.

Tmac does so much..he's awesome..it's just one game..we were tired and we almost won. :/ And it wasn't his fault

I also left and joined with the names KillDirtyGriffin (when he started playing well for the Wolves) and with several other names...I think once it was DrofDrunk or so ;)...etc....I tend to be in several rooms at the same time and it happens to be a joke to change names in some rooms sometimes...but you know how it is in IRC.

    Egg Zackly. :)

This game was pathetic in the number of no-calls on Yao there were. But to say Tmac is a joke? Even when TMac isn't hitting his shots, he's getting assists, rebounds, drawing defenses, etc.
