Worst Christmas Gift : The Big Can of Popcorn or Fruitcake ?

    I dont know what says " I dont really care too much for ya'" more than receiving one of those big ass cans of stale popcorn for christmas. Does anyone ever get those? I hate them, I think I have one unopened from like 2 years ago somewhere in my closet....

    I dont know about fruitcake though... Everyone always criticizes t, but I dont believe Ive ever tasted it to hold a valid opinion.

    Fruitcake is definitely the worst. I don't really mind getting the big can of popcorn for a few reasons:
    1. i like butter AND caramel corn..both are featured in the can
    2. you can use the can as a fancy garbage can when it's empty
    3. the cans usually have something nice on them (pictures)
    4. i just like drumming on the cans sometimes. it's the kid in me!

    Fruitcake on the other hand has no value whatsoever.

    THat huge can with the Nut Cracker painted on it has some damn good Carmel Popcorn in it. Man, i don't mind getting those at all.

    The worst gifts are Christmas related items. Christmas is halfway over by the time you unwrap them!

    Big ass cans of popcorn are the best. I like the cheese flavored one the best, but the caramel ones kick ass too. I've never actually gotten fruitcake for Christmas.

    Hey man, dont hate on the Big Ole Can of Popcorn! Those rule. Everytime I have gotten one the popcorn was great. You probably just got a bad batch or something.

    I am going to have to vote Fruitcake. I have actually never gotten one so I am thankful for that. ;)

    I recently got my wife the Big Ass Tin of Popcorn with cute puppies on it (from Duane Reade), and she loves it. Not only was it cheap, but the tin also came with a puzzle of the puppies. What's not to like?

    I vote for the fruitcake because ppl usually send the cheap, nasty brands. But if you get good fruitcake, it's actually tasty.

    I used to think that getting underwear was the worst gift, since I got the same thing from my aunt every year when I was younger. Oh how I long to get underwear every year now.
