Just wanted to give a shout out to all my CC.Net brethren on this hot Labor Day weekend. I have 2 racks of pork ribs, 2 racks of beef ribs, 6 T-bones, 4 chickens, and a ton of sausages cooking on the pit. Oh, did I mention the case of Bud Light on ice? About 15 people here now, another 5 or so on the way, and I just had to stop, come inside (and cool off!!) and drop everyone a note saying goodbye to summer!! Bring on the Rockets!!! Later guys. Hope you guys are enjoying the warm weather. I heard it got to 109 in Houston. At least it cools off there at night-time. And at least the humidity is low (which is bizarre for Houston).
